Cantina Frrud comes from an idea born in 2017 from our passion for our land, and from the desire to shine new light on its hidden treasures. We have salvaged a place from the past – a past we love passionately. After two years of intense, meticulous work, our ambitious project led us do reopen the doors of those halls which saw the succession of generations of families. Visiting Cantina Frrud’s Wine Museum is like travelling back in time through centuries of history, where wine is a constant feature, and where knowledge of the past combines with the immersive experience in present-day flavours through a guided tastingof our wines, carefully matched with local cheeses and cold cuts. Today we give our guests the opportunity to live a unique experience, where the excitement of discovery twines with the pleasure of tasting the fine apulian wines we produce and bottle. The return of wine between these walls marks a dream come true. It is the life force of a tale whose protagonists are the people and traditions built on wisdom and respect. It is the authentic beauty of Apulia, and the power which only a natural product can offer. The Wine Museum is where you can leave the rest of the world behind, an experience in which to feel fully immersed, and which will move you so much you will be able to feel your own heartbeat.
